Ride a Unicorn.

Time for a little bit Dirty Party Gal & Boi style. A little bit Kesha but not that low class,

at least trying to anyway. Unicorn if my favorite animal, wish I can have one but I'm just

not fuxkin' Harry Potter. Also this shirt remind me of Goldfrapp's "Ride A White

Horse". I love Alison Goldfrapp and those Garbage Mens in the end of the video, I

wish they can make me stink like them sometime too.

Only Happy When It Rains.

It's raining quiet often in Taipei, especially in the afternoon and the evening.

So I stole my ex's rain boots and it seems like he doesn't care anyway, to go  to

the dinner with my friend. It's nice to walk in the water and your pants never get wet.

Thank you my ex!

Mauricio Stein X ASOS

Have you hear about these awesome sunglasses yet?

Yes, this is Mauricio Stein X ASOS, which you can buy here:

Who's Mauricio Stein? He's a young rising designer who live in London. Actually I

didn't know him until I met him randomly last year when he came to Taiwan just for

traveling. It was at Fresh, I was a bit wasted saw him then I was like, you look pretty

cool in Rick Owens then we start talk, then of course exchange the facebook and find

out he's actually a designer, for sunglasses is even better. I can't tell you how many

sunglasses I had, but for a guy who doesn't wear it everyday, i think at least 30 pairs. lol

This is my favorite one:
So these glasses are all handmade and limited edition, better order it soon.

Well done Mauricio!! Hopefully see you soon this year.

The 90's.

So first of all, this is my little tribute to the 90's:

I don't know how I start having this idea in mind to write an article about 90's -

the very introverted but the generation for all the great explosion - that's what I wil

describe my 90's, even I was born in the early 80's but I was too young to understand

what is rock'n'roll anyway.

The precious part of my 90's memorie is, confusion. From should you keep your tape

player or go buy a new CD player, until the date you gonna go to the college entrance

examination. You're confused from all "this and that" shits, at least for Taiwanese kids.

The education system is changing, the world is changing, internet step into the our life,

no more letter in the bottle, no more post card pen pal. It's the generation of a lot of

stress going on but all you can do just get over it. Anyway I love 90's.

So I think I should choose some songs I love about the 90's, then I can trying to put

myself together to find out what kind of reason to bring me to this fucked-up way and

become who I am now, lol

1.Garbage-Stupid Girl

I can't tell you how much I love this band, but I bet you already find out how often the

name of "Garbage" showed up in my blog. It was 1996 when I first saw their video,

which is this one, "Stupid Girl". The pink feather scarf and smokey eyes, what else can

be better than a ginger woman shouting out "stupid girl" and show her tits on VH1,

refused to apology next day. Oh Shirley Manson, I'll totally turn my sex orientation just

for you.

2.Madonna - Ray Of Light

Tell me a gay boy who doesn't like Madonna, I bet it's rarely to find there's someone

actually exist on this planet. Madonna is not only an icon, for me she's a religion. I

remember when the very first time I heard this song, I just ran to the record shop to buy

the tape, and trying to arrange a dance choreography for the junior high school talent

show. And in the end my tape was totally destroy but keep on repeating this song, and

I wait until 2005 to get the CD of "Ray of light". I was flying.

3.Whitney Houston - I Will Always Love You

The Bodyguard, oh The BODYGUARD, the last good movie Kevin Costner ever

done in his life - remember "Waterworld"? Actually I like Dolly Parton's original version

better, but you can't den Whitney Houston was born to be a legend. And this is also

the very first time I can actually hear my mother sang this song at karaoke and kill it

in english. That's how I remember this. RIP, Whitney.

4.Enya - The Memory Of Trees

I don't know why the fuck this song can present my 90's memory, but I need to say,

this is my first album my parents got me in CD, not tape. Which is actually pretty

funny 'cuz at the same time my mom also gave me another album as a gift -

Green Day's "Dookie", no wonders I never find the balance between me, myself and I.

And now I just heard this Enya's song, I got the same reaction from LMFAO's "Party

Rock Anthem". Oh god oh god I love trees I love shuffling but please leave me alone.

5. Alanis Morissette - Ironic

Remember when Alanis was the biggest winner on 1996 VMA? Alanis is def one of

the biggest icon for all those cool girls in the school back in the days. You know how

shock I was when my parents play this song in the car (I really don't know what my

parents listening to in general, now they find Adele is kinda boring to them)? "Why she

sounds like this when she sing?" "What's wrong with the old man?". Anyway, I know a lot

of people doesn't like Alanis at all, but you can't deny she was one of very out-spoken

female artist in 90's, also reflect in her songs and real life.

Ok now I'm tired, and yes those are all female. But I'm gay, what you want me to do

anyway? Next time I'll write more of my 90's memories. Oh god I fucking miss 90s!!

Warehouse Party.

So last night I went to the opening party of "Urban Nomad Film Festival", and now I

feel all of my cells in my blood are still dancing from last night. I need to say, that

probably the best party I ever been in this year so far. Well, one of the best indie band

from Taiwan, "Go Chic" finally returns, and they're still be able to bring a great show.

And now I can't wait to hear their second album after last night. Yes, Peaches is their

producer, what can be better than that?

But there's one band I really need to mention about it, is "Tripple Nipples" from Tokyo.

It simply AMAZING! During the whole show I was shouting to my friends like, "That's

what I hear all the time when I was on coke (Note: Drug is bad for you, don't do it

kids.). I FUCKIN' love this band, even their performance is really weird but that's how

the whole show about. Very artistic but you can dance with it. Japanese people are so

sick in some brilliant ways, you know.

Here's a video I found on youtube of one of Tripple Nipples song:

(Why the fuck everyone sining about LSD all the time?)

Also don't forget to check out the "Urban Nomad Film Festival":

Pavorotti.

Oh Pavorotti. If you're gay I probably will eat you up but I think you're still too

short to be my lover anyway.

I know I didn't know you for too long, but I think you are,

Best Gym Buddy

Best Bullshitter

Most Nasty Brain

Pimp

Best Drinking Buddy

Cuttest Lesbian

Gayest Gay

Blah blah blah.

I need to admit that was kinda weird I didn't hear your voice today when I woke up.

My phone didn't ring for the same questions, my skype wasn't on for the same problem.

Anyway, I had a great time with you, and yes, military service sucks. But like what every

fathers say, "all the boy need to take sometime to become a better man."

You'll be fine, but remember to watch you back all the time.

Torn Boy Love.

So I finally wrote a song calls "Torn Boy Love" which I haven't record the demo yet.

I'm trying to think about how I gonna do with this song, but oh well, Here's the lyrics:

"I didn't know what should I say what should I do how should I react
when you actually let those words slipping out from your tongue going through my brain
The only thing I can do is just stand there and realize that you've changed
then you took her hand, turned away, and now I just don't know what to say

And I feel flaming I feel red
I feel happy I feel sad
I feel release I feel rage
I just want to step on that bitch's face

I am torn oh oh oh oh
by your lo-lo-lo-love
I am torn oh oh oh oh
by your lo-lo-lo-love

I ran into the subway trying to find out what just happened to me
There's a lot of people out there staring at me like I'm a freak
Then a pregnant woman came up to me trying to steal away my seat
I said sorry lady you got a babe but I got tons of shit in me
Didn't you see my tear? Bitch

I am torn oh oh oh oh
by your lo-lo-lo-love
I am torn oh oh oh oh
by your lo-lo-lo-love

Where did I go wrong?
Then you rather choose a pig than a human
to fall in love with to spend your life with
And to fuck?

Maybe I should change maybe I should learn to be a better man
but maybe just maybe I already lost my last chance

I am torn oh oh oh oh
by your lo-lo-lo-love
I am torn oh oh oh oh
by your lo-lo-lo-love

Torn boy love
Torn boy love
Torn boy love
TORN BOY LOVE"

I will upload the demo soon right after I finish recording. If I have time.

New TWICE, Fun TWICE.

So there's a club used to be a meat market around my house -  Twice, heard they

became an lesbian and gay club. I was like, WTF, but my friend Toto want me to go

check it out with him, so I went in the end, with another friend - Brian.

The club didn't change too much from last time (which was probably 2 years ago) I went

there, but it's cheaper. 500 NTD all you can drink, and of course it's shit alcohol, so in

the end I decide to stay with Blue Girl (Ew). The music was ok, there was one guy keep

on shouting with his microphone on, which was kinda annoying. But the group were

great, and you can drink as much as you can, why not?

What a night. Too bad I didn't get my pant a cute guy.

Queen of Denmark.

Remember John Grant? One of my favorite singer I mentioned in my "Weekend" article?

So I was bored at home and make a video for his another song, "Queen of Denmark".

Here's the lyrics:

"I wanted to change the world
But I could not even change my underwear
And when the shit got really, really out of hand
I had it all the way up to my hairline
Which keeps receding like my self-confidence
As if I ever had any of that stuff anyway
I hope I didn't destroy your celebration
Or your Bar Mitzvah, birthday party or your Christmas
You put me in this cage and threw away the key
It was this 'us and them' shit that did me in
You tell me that my life is based upon a lie
I casually mention that I pissed in your coffee
I hope you know that all I want from you is sex
To be with someone who looks smashing in athletic wear
And if your haircut isn't right you'll be dismissed
Get your walking papers and you can leave now

Don't know what to want from this world
I really don't know what to want from this world
I don't know what it is you want to want from me
You really have no right to want anything from me at all
Why don't you take it out on somebody else?
Why don't you bore the shit out of somebody else?
Why don't you tell somebody else that they're selfish?
A weakling coward, a pathetic fraud

Who's gonna be the one to save me from myself?
You'd better bring a stun gun and perhaps a crowbar
You'd better pack a lunch and get up really early
And you should probably get down on your knees and pray
It's really fun to look embarrassed all the time
Like you could never cut the mustard with the big boys
I really don't know who the fuck you think you are
Can I please see your license and your registration?

Don't know what to want from this world
I really don't know what to want from this world
I don't know what it is you want to want from me
You really have no right to want anything from me at all
Why don't you take it out on somebody else?
Why don't you bore the shit out of somebody else?
Why don't you tell somebody else that they're selfish?
A weakling coward, a pathetic fraud

So Jesus hasn't come in here to pick you up
You'll still be sitting right here ten years from now
You're just a sucker but we'll see who gets the last laugh
Who knows, maybe you'll get to be the next queen of Denmark"

Is the lyrics amazing? And Sinead O'connor made a cover of this song for her new

album as well. But I still like the original one most. Sorry Sinead, this time only John

can comparing 2 you. But you're a queen forever since I saw you tearing the picture of

the pope on SNL anyway.

Drunken Monkey for GOOD.

So it was a great night to hang out with Mayen, Pavarotti and others friends for

dinner, at one of my good friends - Annie's restaurant "Drunken Monkey". Yes they got

really funny name because the chef is a huge fan of kick-boxing, and of course we all

know the monkey king story. I think it's a good choice for the name of the restaurant

anyway.

The food "Drunken Monkey" offers is Taiwanese traditional pan fried food, and of

course with a lot of Taiwan beers. Normally this kind of food got really strong flavor,

so it's perfect to have it with beers. But the reason I really like "Drunken Monkey" is not

only my friend run it, also they know how to make a good food, find the balance

between too strong and too soft flavor. In some pan fried food restaurant, you can

easily find a piece of salt (Yes I mean a PIECE) in the dishes, but that not going to

happen in "Drunken Monkey". They take really good care on every dishes they offer.

And it's so cheap!!

Next time if you want to have a great dinner with your friends, get a little bit tipsy,

"Drunken Monkey" will be a good choice to go for sure.

Blood for Poppies.

So here's the new Garbage's video, "Blood for Poppies".

Now I feel like they're trying to go back to the style from their first and second album,

but to be honest, I'm not really a huge fan for this song. And they just release the video

yesterday. And yes, it reminds me of "Un Chien Andalou". I think they are probably get

addicted with Luis Buruel these days. Remember the last video " Tell Me When It

Hurts" from "Absolute Garbage"? Def "Belle De Jour" inspired. But I think the video is

pretty cool anyway. And yes, Shirley, you look too great for 46.

Here's the clip of "Un Chien Andalou". What you think?

Sweep away my doubts.

Today is Tomb-sweeping day in Taiwan.

Because my good friend - Pavorotti is leaving for army soon, so me and Mayen decided

to have a one day trip in Bitan. It was beautiful weather and we had such great time.

And yes we did the swan boat shit, that was hilarious. Like right after I step on the boat

for 5 mins, and I found out I really need to pee. Then Mayen keep on bumping my boat,

so I was cursing really loud in the middle of the lake. But anyway I survived and I'm so

glad that I didn't pee or fall in the water anyway (I can't swim).

It was a nice day I haven't had for a while. Why do we need to work everyday anyway?

( I miss you.)

Bizarre Weekend.

That was one of the most bizarre weekend I had in my life.

The weather are nice, people are crazy and I'm drunk in the end as usual. But something

was missing. I think we ran at least 6 bars and clubs on the last weekend, those are all

my favorite places to go. But some of them are closing, some of them just not the same

atmosphere anymore. I had fun and I was drunk, but that's not going to last forever.

One of the saddest thing of that night was one of the most iconic gay club - Fresh, is

closing down on last friday. I fucking love that place. Yes people do talk about who

sleep around all the time and gossip, but still my favorite. Drinks are cheap, music are

great, and only 10 mins walk from my apt. They didn't announce they were closing down

until one night earlier, I was like "what the fuck?". Oh well.

Where should I go after that? Drinking, whoring (I wish!) and PARTYING.

Maybe I'm too old for that.
